Austin Fraser
Significant front-of-house installation for recruitment consultancy
Austin Fraser has amassed quite a reputation since 2007, when it was established to provide technical recruitment expertise for the niche fields of technology, digital, automation, aviation and life sciences. With three consecutive listings in the Sunday Times’ Best
Companies to Work For, the brand is undeniably renowned for its commitment to people.
They wanted to create the wow-factor when clients, prospects and candidates walked into their new office, so they turned to Leach and their new Vision Product Wall Lite range solution, creating a 5m x 2.5m freestanding lightbox. The current design is a montage of images from the business sectors they serve. With easily-interchangeable graphics, the vast magnetic structure will be updated at regular intervals by Austin Fraser’s own team, in only a matter of minutes.
Austin Fraser’s, initial priority was to source a striking product that would deliver the right ‘first impression’ when someone first arrived at their new offices. The wall is vibrant and sets the tone for visitors and staff from the moment they enter.
Leach’s head of innovation Mike Willshaw added: “Our Vision Product Wall and Product Wall Lite solutions have already been met with great acclaim in the retail space, but Austin Fraser’s installation shows they can be used for much more than merchandising.
“In this scenario, the quality and clarity of the imagery, plus the design effectiveness of the single illuminated structure, means the display has completely transformed this commercial interior. I hope it will encourage other brands to share their creative visions with us, so we can help bring them to life.”
Austin Fraser’s relocation to the new Thames Tower, 14,000 sq ft premises, is the latest milestone to mark the company’s continued expansion. With offices in Reading, Berlin, Munich, Austin and Denver the business has grown to 130 people, connecting clients and candidates across the UK, Germany and USA.
